Claude is now inside your business tools.

Anthropic launched Claude for Small Business in May 2026 — a package of 15 ready-to-run workflows and connectors that put Claude inside the tools small businesses already use. It runs on Claude Cowork, Anthropic's desktop task-automation platform, and can repeat tasks on a schedule without you triggering them manually.

Claude checks for unreconciled transactions, flags anything unusual, and produces a plain-English summary of the month — no accountant jargon.

Payroll Reconciliation

Claude cross-checks your Xero payroll figures against what's been reported to the ATO via Single Touch Payroll and flags any gaps before lodgement.

Claude reviews uncategorised transactions in Xero and suggests the right account code and GST treatment for each one — you just approve.

Yes. Anyone using Claude Cowork needs a Claude Team plan, billed directly by Anthropic. We don't resell Claude licenses — you pay Anthropic directly at their published rates.

We charge for implementation: setup, custom workflow builds, and optional ongoing management. Claude licensing is a separate cost paid directly to Anthropic — we don't add a margin to it.

Yes — this is one of our key differentiators. Xero is Australia's dominant accounting tool but isn't a default Claude for Small Business connector. We build the Xero integration as part of our AU-adapted setup service.

Standard setup (Tier 1) takes 1–2 weeks from kickoff. Custom workflow builds (Tier 2) are typically 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. We'll scope it clearly before you commit.
